Waterfront Development Plan
Join us, as we transform, this picturesque harbor
into Penobscot Bay's premier yachting and recreation destination. Our
development began in 2019 with the construction of 6 rental yurts.
Plans for a 45 slip marina, a waterfront building, and
specialty shops, projected to be
operational by the summer of 2024, are underway. The sheltered
landscape of Stockton Harbor, coupled with wave attenuators, will
make our facility the most protected marina in all of Penobscot Bay.
Stockton Harbor Marina
At the very top of Penobscot Bay lies one of the most beautiful, protected harbors in Maine. Stockton Harbor, once the site of a bustling seaport, where schooners and locomotives met at waters edge. A massive fire in 1924 marked the end of a prosperous and historic era for Stockton Springs. Remnants of the old piers are still visible today. Surrounded by dense forests, blueberry fields, and waterfront homes, Stockton Harbor has long been home to recreational boaters and local fishermen.
