Stockton Harbor Waterfront Restaurant & Bar

The Stockton Harbor Restaurant building is projected to be completed by spring of 2023. The building will include 3,000-6,000 square feet of space for the waterfront restaurant and bar with a deck for outdoor dining overlooking Penobscot Bay. It is the perfect spot for watching colorful Maine sunsets and enjoying warm summer nights. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced restaurateur who would like to invest in a blank canvas.

Become an integral part of Maine’s next coastal destination!

Our vision is to partner with a successful restaurateur to offer quality Maine dining and catering to four different target audiences visiting our harbor boaters and cruisers, nature lovers staying at our yurts, campers parked at the nearby RV park, and local Maine residents.

We’re still in the early stages of this development, which means that you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with engineers to help build a waterfront location to suit your business goals. You’ll also be able to provide your input on the design of the space so it will best suit your restaurant’s aesthetics. Bring your ideas to life at the Stockton Harbor Waterfront Restaurant & Bar, where inspiration abounds.

Our location is perfect for weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, and a variety of other events. Our waterfront property will allow you to partner with local fishermen for access to fresh seafood daily from our harbor, making your restaurant a highly desirable destination in coastal Maine.

Furthermore, your restaurant will be a welcome addition to Stockton Springs, which currently hosts just a small handful of eateries. You’ll become an important destination for locals and tourists alike when you join our close-knit community.
